• Coaching session notes: Kept for up to 2 years following completion of a one-off session or coaching series.
• Email Addresses: Kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Booking Data: Kept by Google based on their policies.
• Payment Data: Kept by Stripe based on their policies.
• Website Data: Kept for up to 2 years for analytics.

We securely delete information when it’s no longer needed.
