What is life and mindset coaching?
Life and mindset coaching is all about helping you create a life you absolutely love by shifting the limiting beliefs and thought patterns that are holding you back. My focus is on lovingly guiding you from where you are now to where your heart truly wants to be.
Think of it as a beautiful blend of soulful motivation, practical strategy, and gentle accountability. While the life coaching side helps you clarify your goals and create a clear action plan, the mindset coaching side builds the inner resilience and empowered perspective you need to reach them.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
I’m so glad you asked. This is a very common and important question.
A therapist helps you process past experiences, heal emotional wounds, and work through mental health challenges. It’s a space for deeper emotional healing.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and action-oriented. While we may reflect on the past to understand what’s holding you back, our purpose is to help you move forward. We’ll work together to bring your goals to life through purposeful action, so you can create lasting, meaningful change and live the life you truly love and deserve.
How do I know if you’re the right coach for me?

What qualifications do you have?
As a passionate and relentlessly curious lifelong learner, my path has been multi-faceted, and I believe that’s what makes my coaching unique. I bring over 25 years senior level experience in marketing and communications, supported by formal qualifications, several accreditations and professional development training.
I have a Bachelor of Communications Studies, an ICF-recognised coaching certification, and a certificate in Positive Psychology. I’m also Dare to Lead™ trained and a qualified yin yoga teacher.
My coaching is a rich tapestry woven from all these experiences—my professional expertise, my formal training, my lived experiences, and the inner wisdom I’ve gained from my own journey of navigating life’s seasons. My deep understanding and passion for the transformative power of shifting your mind is a vital thread in that tapestry – because I’ve seen firsthand how shifting your thoughts can change the entire direction of your life.
How do your coaching sessions work?
My coaching programmes are structured, organised, and tailored to your unique needs. Our sessions are practical and results-driven, blending goal setting and clear actionable steps with deep reflection in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be unapologetically you.
My role is to walk alongside you as your true partner and champion, lovingly guiding, supporting, and holding you accountable. We’ll work together to build unwavering confidence and self-belief and reframe your mindset so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.
In our initial session, we’ll dive deep to explore your goals, uncover what you truly want to achieve, and identify your strengths and values. These will act as your anchor and guiding light, helping you reconnect with what truly matters to you.
In subsequent sessions, we’ll:
– Uncover and shift the limiting beliefs and habits holding you back.
– Develop actionable steps to create momentum, help you stay focused, and move forward with purpose and confidence.
Between sessions, I’ll provide ongoing support, as well as tools and resources to help you continue your growth and ensure lasting, meaningful change.
Can we work remotely?
Yes, absolutely. All my coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. This means we can work together no matter where you are in the world.
